For me, I hold Ford in a pretty high regard. The next brand isn’t quite Chrysler bad, but it’s definitely isn’t good. That being said, I wouldn’t kick an SRT8 out of bed. You’d think a company nearly 100 years old would’ve figured out how to make a decent car by now. They make more problems than they do cars. Yikes. They rank lowest on the JD Power studies regularly, and average 113 faults per 100 cars sold. They might as well rename this brand “Crap-ler” because that’s what they make: absolute crap. They’re kind of like the dollar store of car brands. And it’s not just my opinion, this is basically fact. Another brand to avoid like the plague is Chrysler. Land Rover is the worst.Īlright, enough said, next. Don’t own one. Don’t buy a Land Rover. Don’t buy a Land Rover Discovery. I don’t need any stats or surveys or metrics. Okay, real quick, I’m ranking Land Rover last place for good reason. If this article does well, we’ll make one about exotics! We’re going to go from worst to best, and there’s a ton to get through, so we’re going to go with mostly pedestrian brands. So, here you go, the brands that should be banned, and the logos to look for. There’s a ton of car brands out there, and these days, it’s tough to tell who’s making quality and who’s making crap. So, we’re going to make it easier for you. We’ve ranked all the major car brands from worst to best and put them in this list!Īnd while most of the brands you see out there are owned by one of the 14 major parent companies, the quality of car you get can vary heavily from brand to brand. I’m going to use JD Power surveys, a few other metrics, and of course, my personal taste to rank these brands.
